Privacy Policy
Last updated August 2026
This policy explains how Top Brass Limited (“we”, “us”) handles the personal information you share with us through this website. We are the data controller for that information.
What we collect
We only collect personal information when you get in touch through our enquiry form. That is:
- your name, phone number and email address; and
- your organisation, the type of project, your timescale, and any message or project details you choose to include.
This site sets no cookies and does not track your browsing. We count page views with Vercel Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not identify individual visitors. See our Cookie Policy for detail.
How we use it, and our legal basis
We use your details solely to respond to your enquiry, arrange a site visit, and provide the quotes or information you have asked for. Our legal basis for this is our legitimate interest in responding to and managing enquiries, and taking steps at your request before entering into any contract. We will not sell your information, and we will not use it for marketing without your consent.
Who we share it with
Your enquiry is delivered to us by email through Resend, which processes the data on our behalf purely to pass your message to us, and it is hosted on Vercel. Both operate in part outside the UK; where your data is processed abroad it is protected by appropriate safeguards. We do not otherwise share your information with third parties except where we are required to by law.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details only for as long as we need them to handle your request and any resulting order, after which they are deleted.
Keeping it secure
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information you give us against loss, misuse or unauthorised access.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. To do so, or for any privacy question, contact us at sales@topbrass.co or 01429 225278. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office, the UK’s data protection regulator, at ico.org.uk.
